POP! Bubbles & Seafood
The Seattle Wine and Food Experience weekend kicks off with the 2nd Annual POP! Bubbles & Seafood – presented by Seattle magazine – on Saturday, February 20 at a NEW location, McCaw Hall!

This event features the Pacific Northwest’s bounty of seafood from salmon and clams to oysters and shrimp from Seattle’s best restaurants. To pair with your seafood bites enjoy sips from more than 30 sparking wines from around the world including Washington sparkling wine, Champagne, Spanish Cava, Italian Prosecco, Alsatian Cremant and more. Cold beer, chilled cider, refreshing white wines and a selection of premium red wines (in the new Reserve Red Room!) will round out the beverages for the evening.

The Grand Tasting
Join us Sunday, February 21 for the 8th Annual Seattle Wine and Food Experience Grand Tasting; a deluxe showcase for wine, beverage, food and lifestyle in the Northwest. Wines from the Northwest and beyond are featured along with local and regional beer, cider and spirits. Food is a major highlight and includes top culinary talent and tastemakers serving up their latest creations. Guests stroll through the event as they taste through diverse wines and learn first hand directly from the producers. Other features include artisan food purveyors, sensory experiences, educational elements and more. This popular event sells out each year - don't delay in getting your tickets today!

Both events benefits Les Dames d'Escoffier Seattle, a 501c3 non-profit organization of women leaders in food, beverage and hospitality whose mission is education, advocacy, and philanthropy. Les Dames d'Escoffier Seattle focuses on raising funds for scholarships for women in the culinary, beverage, and hospitality industries, and also supports community-outreach programs and sustainable-agriculture projects based in Washington state.
